Traveling with ease depends on what transportation you will use. However, in this case, public transportation is completely fine. If your starting point is within Dumaguete City, find the Public Utility Jeepney Terminal going to Malaunay or you can also find transportations going to Palinpinon. This place is located behind a building ruins locals call the "depot". There is a concrete road behind that building. The place is situated near Tierra Alta. You may ask assistance from the locals as you get there. You'll be spending less for a greater experience and for better memories.
